John L. Bunce, Jr.

Mr. Bunce is a Founder and Managing Director of Greyhawk and he serves as a Senior Advisor to Hellman & Friedman, LLC ("H&F"), a private equity firm based in San Francisco.

Prior to founding Greyhawk in 2006, Mr. Bunce was a Managing Director and member of the Investment and Executive Committees of H&F.  Mr. Bunce joined H&F in 1988 and was responsible for many of the firm’s investments in media, communications, and financial services.  Prior to joining H&F, Mr. Bunce worked for TA Associates from 1984 to 1988 and for Lehman Brothers Kuhn Loeb from 1980 to 1982.  He has been a director of numerous private and public companies and currently serves as a director of Arch Capital Group, Ltd., several Greyhawk portfolio companies, and Jumby Bay Island Company.  He previously served as Chairman of the Board of The Community School in Sun Valley, Idaho.

Mr. Bunce received a BA in International Relations from Stanford University in 1980 and an MBA from Harvard University in 1984.

William C. Hovey

Mr. Hovey is a Founder and Managing Director of Greyhawk Capital Management.

Prior to founding Greyhawk in 2006, Mr. Hovey was an equity research analyst in the New York and London offices of Credit Suisse from 1995-2001. While at Credit Suisse, he covered major energy companies, and then IT Services companies, achieving a #1 ranking in the Reuters Portfolio Manager Survey and a #2 ranking in Institutional Investor. He started his career at Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. in the firm's investment training program (1993-1995). On the industry side, Mr. Hovey has been the General Manager of Eye Safety Systems (2002-2003) and Direct Sales Manager at Smith Optics (2002). He currently serves as a director of several of Greyhawk's portfolio companies:  Foley Holdings, IMSI/Design, Raffles Ventures, and Reinstein/Ross.

Mr. Hovey received a BA in American Civilization from Middlebury College in 1991.
